Tip: PSG to win
Paris Saint-Germain enter the match as clear favourites, coming off a historic season in which they secured four trophies, including their first-ever Champions League title. Luis Enrique has almost his full squad available, with Joao Neves suspended being the only significant absence. New goalkeeper signing Lucas Chevalier is expected to start between the posts, replacing the departing Donnarumma. The defence will be anchored by Marquinhos and Willian Pacho, both returning from suspension, while Vitinha and Zaire-Emery will control the midfield creativity. On the wings, Ousmane Dembele and rising star Désiré Doué will provide width and support for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia up front. Tottenham are without long-term absentee James Maddison as well as Kulusevski and Dragusin. Their attacking hopes will rely on Richarlison and Mohammed Kudus, supported by Brennan Johnson. New manager Thomas Frank has yet to work with a fully fit squad, which could be a crucial disadvantage against a well-drilled PSG. Although the match is being played at a neutral venue in Udine, PSG’s quality and cohesion give them a strong chance of lifting the Super Cup.
